Please see sequence below to basically reset a phone to factory standards.
On a working phone….
Press “Mute” button
Type “CRAFT” (27238) on keypad
Press #
Arrow down to clear
Select “Start”
One a problematic phone that cannot find dhcp or displays an error and is continuously resetting in a loop.
When it displays “* to programme”
Press * when prompted and enter code (craft) as mentioned above. Exact same process as above to clear values.
